Sen. Bill Ketron presents enhancement grant check to Maury County Public Education Foundation in Columbia

 (NASHVILLE, TN), May 6, 2008 -- State Senator Bill Ketron (R-Murfreesboro) has presented the Maury County Public Education Foundation in Columbia with a $2,500 enhancement grant check.  The grant will go to the Foundation’s efforts to help teachers with science fair grants.

“The Maury County Public Education Foundation has provided much support to our local schools,” said Senator Ketron.  “I am pleased to present them with funds to assist them in their efforts.”
