Segment of State Route 131 to be Officially Named “Zane Daniel Highway”

Nashville, Tenn.  – Sen. Tim Burchett (R-Knoxville)  and U.S. Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr. (R-Tennessee) will be hosting a ceremony to officially name a portion of State Route 131 in Knox County “Zane Daniel Highway”.  The dedication will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 30 along State Route 131 (Emory Road) just past Dry Gap Road.

Congressman Duncan is scheduled to speak at the ceremony.

What:    Naming of “Zane Daniel Highway”

Where:  State Route 131 (Emory Road) just past Dry Gap Road on the right hand side between the Weigel's Market and the elementary school.  Parking will be available at Weigel’s Market.
